How to Pay Your Bill
Once You’ve Checked It, Here’s How to Pay
You can pay your IESCO bill the same way you always have – through your bank’s mobile app, at an ATM, over the counter at any bank branch, or through JazzCash and Easypaisa using your Reference Number. iesco.online doesn’t process payments directly; we simply help you see what’s due so you can pay through whichever method is fastest for you. Most mobile wallet payments post within a few hours, while over-the-counter payments can take up to a full business day to reflect.
Bank Mobile App
Open your bank app, choose utility bill payment, select electricity or IESCO, and enter your Reference Number.
ATM Payment
Use your bank ATM’s bill payment option and submit the IESCO Reference Number printed on your bill.
Bank Branch
Take your bill or Reference Number to a bank counter and pay over the counter.
JazzCash or Easypaisa
Choose electricity bill payment in your wallet app, select IESCO if required, and pay with your Reference Number.

IESCO Bill Check FAQs
Quick answers about Reference Number lookup, privacy, bill payment, FPA, complaints, paper bill delivery, and old bill checks.
How do I check my IESCO bill online?
Enter your 14-digit Reference Number into the bill-check form and tap Check My Bill. If you don't have your Reference Number, you can look up your bill using your Customer ID instead.
Where do I find my Reference Number?
It's printed at the top of your physical IESCO bill, usually above your name and Customer ID. Look for a 14-digit code near the top-right corner.
Is iesco.online an official IESCO website?
No. iesco.online is an independent, unofficial tool that helps you look up your bill faster. We are not affiliated with IESCO or any government entity.
Do you store my Reference Number or personal data?
No. We don't save your Reference Number, Customer ID, or bill data after your session ends.
What is FPA on my electricity bill?
FPA stands for Fuel Price Adjustment. It is a variable monthly charge based on the changing cost of fuel used to generate electricity, added on top of your base tariff.
Can I pay my bill directly on this site?
Not yet. You can view your current bill here, then pay through your bank app, ATM, JazzCash, or Easypaisa using the same Reference Number.
How accurate is the bill calculator?
It gives an estimated range based on current published tariff slabs. Your actual bill may vary because of taxes, surcharges, and FPA adjustments.
What are IESCO's current peak hours?
Peak hours generally affect commercial and industrial tariffs and can change seasonally. Check the latest peak-hour schedule before planning heavy electricity usage.
How do I file a complaint about my bill?
Use IESCO's 24/7 helpline at 118, send an SMS to 8118, or visit your nearest subdivision office. For billing disputes, keep your complaint reference number safe.
Why wasn't my paper bill delivered?
Delivery issues are common if your address on file is outdated. You can always check your current bill online in the meantime, and contact your local IESCO office to update your delivery address.
What's the difference between Reference Number and Customer ID?
The Reference Number is a 14-digit code unique to each bill, while your Customer ID is a permanent identifier for your connection. Either can be used to look up your current bill.
Can I check an old or previous month's IESCO bill?
Yes. If you have the Reference Number from that specific bill, you can look up that billing period the same way as your current bill.
